At Joseph Kay Construction we believe offering a quality product is non negotiable – our quality control supervisors assess work performed throughout the project ensuring that its all performed on par with our standards.
Consistency
Consistency takes on many forms, the first one of those being communication. Whether its communicating the timeline or a change in a construction detail- you, the client, are always notified and informed throughout the process. Likewise, our pricing is always consistent. Once you receive the terms and pricing at the outset of the project- that’s what you pay. There are no hidden fees or price changes outside of the original agreement. There’s nothing as comforting or reassuring during the hectic and sometimes stressful process of remodeling as knowing we have your back.
Customer Care
We believe that when you buy a product or service you deserve competent, timely and pleasant access to answers for your questions.
